"The Nature of Oranqe" Photoqraphy Contest <br /> 7 The Board recognized the winners and thanked all participants of"The Nature of <br /> 8 Orange" 2012 Photography Contest hosted by the Department of Environment, Agriculture, <br /> 9 Parks and Recreation (DEAPR). <br /> 10 DEAPR Director Dave Stancil introduced the three winners of the "The Nature of <br /> 11 Orange" 2012 Photography Contest in two categories —youth and adult, hosted by the <br /> 12 Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation. He showed slides of the <br /> 13 photographs. Minutes <br /> 38 The Board approved the minutes from May 1, 24 and June 5, 12, 19, 2012 as submitted by <br /> 39 the Clerk to the Board. <br /> 40 b. Motor Vehicle Property Tax Release/Refunds <br /> 41 The Board adopted a release/refund resolution, which is incorporated by reference, related <br /> 42 to 11 requests for motor vehicle property tax releases or refunds in accordance with the <br /> 43 NCGS. <br /> 44 c. Property Tax Releases and/or Refunds <br /> 45 The Board adopted a resolution to release property values, which is incorporated by <br /> 46 reference, related to seven (7) requests for property tax release and/or refund in <br /> 47 accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> 48 d. 2012 Property Tax Releases <br />
