She said that the County spent a large amount of time <br /> 19 with this plan. She said that the County Commissioners make decisions with the thinking in <br /> 20 mind that is best for Orange County. <br /> 21 Chair Pelissier concurred with Commissioner Foushee's comments and said that she <br /> 22 understands when there are concerns when the County does land use changes. <br /> 23 A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> 24 approve the Ordinance Amending the Orange County Zoning Atlas as contained within <br /> 25 Attachment 15 (page 78): <br /> 26 VOTE: Ayes, 6; No, 1 (Commissioner Jacobs) <br /> 27 <br /> 28 A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> 29 to approve the Resolution Concerning Statement Consistency with the 2030 Comprehensive <br /> 30 Plan as contained within Attachment 17 (page 82). <br /> 31 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 7. Reqular Aqenda <br /> 34 <br /> 35 a. Review of the Interim Report from the Historic Roqers Road Neiqhborhood <br /> 36 Task Force <br /> 37 The Board reviewed the Interim Report from the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood <br /> 38 Task Force dated August 22, 2012. <br /> 39 Assistant County Manager Michael Talbert reviewed this item. The task force has been <br /> 40 meeting since April and will be back to the Board at the Assembly of Governments meeting in <br /> 41 December for a full and final report. The only immediate impact is that the Board of County <br /> 42 Commissioners in the FY 2011-12 appropriated $120,000 for a reserve for the Rogers Road <br /> 43 community. <br /> 44 The report is shown below.
