ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERSPage 2 of 2 <br />Permit to develop a solar array/public utility station on 46 acres of a 122 acre parcel <br />of property located off of White Cross Road.   <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map and Zoning Atlas Amendments <br />5. – To <br />continue review of government-initiated amendments to the Comprehensive Plan <br />Future Land Use Map of approximately 493.5 acres in the vicinity of the Interstate <br />85/US Highway 70 interchange (in the vicinity of the Eno Economic Development <br />District near the eastern county line) and to change the zoning district of <br />approximately 245.82 acres of property in the same but limited general area.  This <br />item was continued to the May quarterly public hearing from the February 27, 2012 <br />quarterly public hearing. <br />Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />6.- To review government-initiated amendments to the <br />Zoning Atlas to apply the Special Flood Hazard Zoning Overlay District to portions of <br />ten parcels located in the vicinity of the Orange-Alamance county line.  These parcels <br />were affected by the adjustment of the county line which became effective on <br />January 1, 2012.    <br />Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendments <br />7. - To review <br />government-initiated amendments to the text of Article 3 of the UDO to revise various <br />Dimensional and Ratio Standards in commercial and industrial zoning districts if the <br />district is applied to property located in Commercial or Commercial-Industrial <br />Transition Activity Nodes, as depicted on the Future Land Use Map contained in the <br />2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br />Additional Item - A resolution appointing Paul Laughton as Interim Tax Administrator. <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />D.ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />   <br />  <br /> <br />  <br />http://orangecountync.gov/OCCLERKS/120529.htm11/5/2012 <br />
