NC Criminal Justice Partnership Program fCJPP1 Continuation Grant Application <br />The Board approved the state grant application for the continuation of program services <br />provided through the NC Criminal Justice Partnership Program {CJPP) for FY 2007-2008 and <br />authorized the Chair to sign contingent upon staff and County Attorney review. <br />c,~. Renewal of Consolidated Agreement Between Health Department and NC Department <br />of Health and Human Services <br />The Board approved the annual consolidated agreement between the NC Department of Health <br />and Human Services and the Orange County Health Department, which provides State and <br />Federal funds to the Health Department to partially support mandated services and authorized <br />the Chair to sign pending County Attorney review. <br />h. Housing Rehabilitation Contract Awards <br />The Board awarded housing rehabilitation contracts for the Orange County CDBG and HOME <br />Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Program to the following: <br />104 Glosson Circle, Carrbora $45,219 to Diamond Builders <br />$10,675 to Eastern Environmental <br />$3,700 to Eastern Environmental <br />109 Roberts Street, Carrboro $39,173 to Diamond Builders <br />$12,100 to Eastern Environmental <br />i. Resolution of Approval -Conservation Easement for Stillhause Creek <br />The Board adopted the resolution, which is incorporated by reference, approving the granting by <br />Orange County of the conservation easement and authorized the Chair and the Clerk to sign the <br />conservation easement agreement subject to final review by staff and County Attorney, with a <br />closing and recordation of the document expected to occur on or about April 30, 2007. <br />L CountylSchools Collaboration Work Group Site Land-Banking Letter <br />This item was removed and placed at the end of the consent agenda for separate consideration. <br />k.
