There is nothing in the CIP <br />information about this, because the needs are unknown at this time. <br />She said that OCS is in the middle of a space study for the staff, and until this study is <br />completed, the needs for additional office space at the Central Office are unknown. The hope is <br />to have this information very soon. Commissioner Nelson asked about the total Central office staff and <br />Shirley Carraway said that there are about 30-35 people that are spread out in other buildings. <br />The Central office staff consists of the Superintendent's immediate staff, the Payroll <br />Department, and the Personnel Department. <br />Commissioner Nelson asked for clarification on the HVAC needs at Cameron Park and <br />Superintendent Carraway answered that this is for the gym because the units have been falling <br />off the wall. Regarding the rest of the HVAC at Cameron Park, the cooling towers have been <br />replaced. <br />
