Walnut Grove Church Road Property License to Use as Pasture <br />The Board approved a license to use land owned by the County on Walnut Grove Church Road <br />as pasture for cattle and authorized the Chair to sign. <br />I. Inter-local Agreement -Cost Sharing for Fairview Land Swap Survey <br />The Board approved a proposed Inter-local Agreement to provide far cast sharing of land <br />surveying services necessary to the land swap as recently authorized by the Town and the <br />BOCC within the Fairview Public Campus Master Plan and authorized the Chair to sign. <br />m. Proposed Grant Application for Smart Growth Implementation Assistance <br />The Board approved the submittal of a grant application to the Development, Community, and <br />Environment Division (DCED} in the U.S. EPA's Office of Policy, Economics, and Innavatian far <br />implementation assistance related to smart growth in the Efland area and authorized the Chair <br />to sign and submit prior to the March 8, 2007 deadline. <br />n. Change in BOCC Regular Meeting Schedule for 2007 <br />The Board amended its regular meeting calendar by: <br />-re-scheduling the Joint Meeting with the Town of Hillsborough (originally scheduled for <br />February 15`") for Monday, March 19, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Link Government Services <br />Center in Hillsborough, N. C.; and <br />-moving the Clerk's evaluation from Thursday, May 31, 2007 to Monday, June 4, 2007 <br />at 5:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center---prior to the Budget Public Hearing at <br />7:30 p.m. {Chair will be out of town the week of May 28-June 1); and <br />- moving the Budget Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 to Thursday, May 31, <br />2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the F.
