3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br /> SECTION IV-B-10 D.4 FLEXIBLE DEVELOPMENT <br /> STREET STANDARDS <br /> THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ORANGE COUNTY ORDAINS THAT THE SUBDIVISION <br /> REGULATIONS ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> (Bold underlined print indicates language to be added. FLEXIBLE DEVELOPMENT. STREET <br /> STANDARDS, IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> (IV-B-10.
