Preparing a final design to include: <br /> • Preparing plans, details, technical specifications, general <br /> conditions, and bidding documents. <br /> • Field checking the design <br /> • Updating the construction cost estimate and schedule <br /> • Meeting with you to review the final design <br /> Providing one set of originals and six sets of documents for your <br /> U" <br /> Q. Contract Administration <br /> 1. Prequalifying contractors prior to advertising for bids <br /> ullng and conducting i P�ebid Conte n <br /> 3.
