Is there anyone <br />else in the audience who would like to speak on this matter tonight? There was none. Seeing <br />none, would it be appropriate to close the public hearing and consider any action the Board <br />wants to take tonight? <br />Geof Gledhill: Yes, Mr. Chair. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Foushee to <br />close the public hearing. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Foushee to <br />approve the Zoning Atlas amendment in accordance with the attached resolution, which is <br />incorporated by reference (page 7). <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Foushee to <br />approve the Special Use Permit, Class A application, in accordance with the attached <br />resolution, which is incorporated by reference (page 13). <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Commissioner Jacobs: One point that was made by this Board I believe had to do <br />with the balloon test. It was item #4 on page 2. Some dissatisfaction was expressed, and <br />although this applicant met the standards, I hope we're going to revisit this, or at least have <br />some further analysis of whether afive-hour period an a Monday morning is sufficient to let <br />neighbors know through a balloon test what is going on. I think we just want to make sure <br />people know. <br />Chair Carey: We'll ask the Planning Director to make a Hate of that and bring it back for <br />our consideration at the appropriate time, the standard, that is. <br />Craig Benedict: Sa noted. <br />b.
