<br /> flammable, or radioactive substances.
<br /> A city may by ordinance restrict, regulate or prohibit the sale,
<br /> possession, storage, use, or conveyance of any explosive, corrosive,
<br /> inflammable, or radioactive substances, or any weapons or instru-
<br /> mentalities of mass death and destruction within the city. (1917, c.

<br /> A city may by ordinance regulate, restrict, or prohibit the keep-
<br /> ing, running, or going at large of any domestic animals, including
<br /> dogs and cats. The ordinance may provide that animals allowed to
<br /> run at large in violation of the ordinance may be seized and sold or
