She is an inspiration to clients, families <br /> and staff. <br />Bert Liverance Mr. Liverance has shown great leadership and commitment in <br />Habitat far Humanity of chairing the Canstructian committee far Habitat far years and far <br />Orange County completely running their fire safety program. He has functioned <br /> as an extra staff member with the sprinklers, taking full <br /> responsibility for installation. <br />Judy Lohman For 13 years, Ms. Lohman has served the Ronald McDonald <br />Ronald McDonald House of House with her time, compassion, and best of all her talent by <br />Chapel Hill single-handedly publishing the bi-monthly volunteer newsletter. <br />Patricia Merriman Many of Duke's hospice volunteers specialize in one type of <br />Duke Community Hospice hospice care; Ms. Merriman does it all. She lovingly supports our <br /> community through hours spent with our neighbors who are dying <br /> and their families. <br />Abby Phelps For over 13 years, Ms. Phelps has run the front desk at the RMH. <br />Ronald McDonald House of Even with a rare form of muscular dystrophy, she drives from <br />Chapel Hill Raleigh to answer phones, write thank you notes, and assist <br /> guests and visitors. <br />ORANGE KEY VOLUNTEERS: <br />Karen Doran Ms. Doran has served countless families and children at the <br />Ronald McDonald House of Ronald McDonald House over her 8.5 years of commitment. <br />Chapel Hill She has put in countless hours over the years, and it's the <br /> understanding and motivation that she brings to the RMH <br /> services that is award winning. <br />Mike and Sue Faulkner Mike and Sue Faulkner work with children, adults, and the <br />World Day of Prayer elderly to bring the community closer together for activities and <br /> events. <br />
