SECTION 30 <br /> Amendment <br /> This Agreement may be modified or amended only by a written agreement duly executed by the <br /> parties hereto or their representatives. <br /> SECTION 31 <br /> Cooperation Among the Parties <br /> Whenever consent, action or inaction is required, such consent, action or inaction will not <br /> unreasonably withheld by either party. <br /> SECTION 32 <br /> Severability <br /> The invalidity of one or more of the phrases, sentences, clauses or Sections contained in this <br /> Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the Agreement so long as the <br /> material purposes of this Agreement can be determined and effectuated. <br /> SECTION 33 <br /> Successors and Assigns <br /> This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto,their successors and assigns. <br /> SECTION 34 <br /> Entire <br /> This Agreement and any Attachments and any Exhibits(RFP exhibit A,previously attached and <br /> incorporated here by reference, Contractor's Proposal exhibit B (previously attached and <br /> incorporated here by reference), Questions and Answers from pre proposal conference exhibit C <br /> (previously attached and incorporated here by reference), and Memo to Contractor, exhibit <br /> D)(previously attached and incorporated here by reference)attached hereto contain the entire <br /> Agreement between the parties as to the matters contained herein. Any oral representations or <br /> modifications concerning this Agreement shall be of no force and effect. <br /> 17 <br />
