AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk to this Board is <br /> authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Orange <br /> County Board of Elections within three days after tQd <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk to this Board is <br /> authorized and directed to publish notice of such bond referenda as required by <br /> Section 159-61 of the General Statutes; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the respective ballot questions <br /> shall be in the folloWing,forms: <br /> ORANGE COUNTY SCHOOL BONDS <br /> Shall the order authorizing up to $47,000,000 of Orange County general <br /> obligation bonds to pay capital costs of providing school facilities and paying related <br /> costs, as adopted by the County's Board of Commissioners on September 4, 2001, <br /> be approved? <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BONDS FOR PARKS, <br /> RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE <br /> Shall the order authorizing up to $20,000,000 of Orange County general <br /> obligation bonds to pay capital costs of providing parks, open space and recreational <br /> facilities and paying related costs,' as adopted by the County's Board of <br /> .Commissioners on September 4, 2001, be approved? <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BONDS FOR SENIOR CENTERS <br /> Shall the order authorizing up to $4,000,000 of Orange County general <br /> obligation bonds to pay capital costs of providing senior centers and paying related <br /> costs, as adopted by the County's Board of Commissioners on September 4, 2001, <br /> be approved? <br /> BONDORDADOPTATT0904 <br />
