Davidson <br /> The Orange County Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an application submitted <br /> by Elizabeth P. Davidson for a Class A Special Use Permit, to allow use category S54 Historic <br /> Sites Non-Residential Mixed Use (Bed and Breakfast establishment)as delineated on the site <br /> plan dated March 23, 2001, applicable to the following property and subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> Property located at 7015 NC 57, specifically described as Little River Township, Orange <br /> County Tax Map 15, Lot 8., being further identified in the Orange County Land Records Office <br /> by Parcel Identification Number, 9898-44-5102 and containing 47.17 acres more or less. The <br /> property is identified by the following legal description: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin in the center line of N.C. Highway 57 and running thence <br /> along thq line of Stephen T. James property South 89 deg. 11 min. 29 sec. East 286.36' <br /> feet to an iron and comer with James; thence continuing with James South 11 deg. 50 <br /> min. 54 sec. West 1,162.49'feet to an iron and comer with Margaret Dow; thence with <br /> Dow South 89 deg. 07 min. 36 sec. East 1,456.65' feet to an iron; thence North 00 deg. <br /> 00 min. 37 sec.
