Approved Projects: <br /> Project <br /> Number Project Name Approved Amount <br /> R-2 Replacement $80,000.00 <br /> S-1 SARF- Homeowners $33,957.00 <br /> Total CHAF Funding Approved $113,957.00 <br /> 4. Amendments: <br /> The original approved amount of the grant award and of each project is the minimum authorized. <br /> The amount of funds approved may be increased by the NC Department of Crime Control&Public Safety <br /> (DCC&PS)upon approval of program amendments. This Funding Approval shall operate as the authorization <br /> for the initial grant award and for any increases authorized by the DCC&PS through the amendment process. <br /> 5. Conditions: REVISED CONDITIONS: <br /> • All approved CHAF projects must be under a signed written contract to perform approved rehabilitation, <br /> replacement , or construction of infrastructure within 4 months from the above date and every such written <br /> contract must provide for the completion of the approved project within 8 months from the date the contract <br /> is signed. <br /> • A bi-weekly status report on each approved CHAF project should be submitted to the DCC&PS, <br /> Redevelopment Center(the content and dates for submission shall be determined by the Redevelopment <br /> Center). <br /> • CHAF grantees shall insure that all repair, replacement and buyout recipients who reside in FEMA/State <br /> temporary housing receive priority when implementing projects (assurance to include the date of each <br /> proposed completion). <br /> • All funds are subject to all conditions of the grant, as amended. <br /> 6.
