Establishment of EDD Subdistricts and Development Regulations <br />(9:15-9:30) <br />The Board will consider proposed EDD subdistricts and text amendments for the proposed Hillsborough <br />Economic Development District. <br />e. Non-residential Approval Procedure for Subdivision, Zoning and Economic Development Ordinance <br />Amendments <br />(9:30-9:45) <br />The Board will consider proposed approval procedure amendments for the economic development, <br />commercial, and/or industrial districts amendments in the subdivision, zoning ordinance and economic <br />development district design manual. <br />f. Hillsborough Area Economic Development District Atlas Amendments <br />(9:45-9:50) <br />The Board will consider zoning atlas amendments of properties in the proposed Hillsborough area economic <br />development district. <br />g. OWASA and Orange County Jordan Lake Allocations <br />(9:50-10:05) <br />The Board will consider the future allocation of raw water from Jordan Lake. <br />h.
