Petition for Addition of Subdivision Roads to the State Maintenance Program: Wendy <br />Lane (Cheeks Township) and Maple Ridge Drive (Chapel Hill Township) <br />The Board will consider petitions to add Wendy Lane in Cheeks Township and Maple Ridge <br />Drive in Chapel Hill Township to the state-maintained secondary road system. <br />f. Cedar Ridge High School Capital Project Ordinance <br />The Board will consider a request from the Orange County School Board to increase fire- <br />fighting capacity near Cedar Ridge High School. <br />g. Contract Renewal with People's Channel <br />The Board will consider renewing a contract with People's Channel to videotape and broadcast <br />County Commissioners' meetings for fiscal year 2001-2002. <br />h. HUD Cooperative Agreement <br />The Board will consider a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development for services performed during 2001. <br />i. Contract with BB&T for Receiving and Processing Mailed Tax Payments <br />The Board will consider a contract with BB&T for receipt, processing and crediting of tax <br />payments. <br />j. EMS Transportation Contract (Orange EMS and Rescue Squad, Inc.) <br />The Board will consider renewing a contract with Orange EMS and Rescue Squad, Inc. to <br />provide EMS transportation services through June 30, 2002. <br />k. Agreement Renewal Town of Hillsborough Fire Inspections <br />The Board will consider modifying and renewing an agreement with the Town of Hillsborough <br />for County personnel to perform mandated fire inspections on behalf of the town. <br />l. Contract Renewal with for Pharmacy Services for Health Department <br /> <br />The Board willconsider renewing a contract with a pharmacy contractor for on-site pharmacy <br />services for the Health Department. <br />m. Agreement Renewal with School of Dentistry for Dental Director <br />The Board will consider renewing a contract with the UNC School of Dentistry for the services <br />of a dental director for the Health Department. <br />n. Contract Renewal with Animal Protection Society for Animal Shelter Services <br />The Board will consider a contract with the Animal Protection Society for animal shelter <br />services. <br />o. Renewal of Contract for Curbside Recycling <br />The Board will consider a contract with Waste Industries, Inc. for urban and rural curbside <br />recycling services for the 2001-2002 fiscal year. <br />p. Renewal of Food Waste Collection and Composting Contract <br />The Board will consider renewing a contract with Brooks Contracting to provide separated food <br />waste collection and composting services. <br />q. Impact Fee Reimbursement Agreement <br />The Board will consider approving the form and content of a standardized agreement for impact <br />fee reimbursement document. <br />r. HOME Program Second Mortgage Assistance <br />The Board will consider authorizing a development agreement with Habitat for Humanity of <br />Orange County, Inc. on behalf of the Orange County HOME Consortium to provide second <br />mortgage assistance for one low-income family. <br />s. Boards/Commissions/Task Forces to be Dissolved <br />The Board will consider dissolving committees, boards and commissions that are no longer <br />active because their charge has been completed. <br /> <br />9. High Rock Farms Phase One Preliminary Plan <br />(7:55-8:10) <br />The Board will consider a preliminary plan for the proposed High Rock Farms phase one <br />subdivision. <br />b. High Rock Village Subdivision Preliminary Plan <br />(8:10-8:25) <br />The Board will consider a preliminary plan for the proposed High Rock Village subdivision. <br />c.
