STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ADDENDUM TO FOOD WASTE <br /> THE COUNTY OF ORANGE CONTRACT <br /> Addendum to that certain Agreement effective July 1, 2001, between the County of <br /> Orange, on behalf of its Solid Waste Department, hereinafter referred to as "County" and <br /> Brooks Contractor, herein referred to as "Contractor" for the collection and composting <br /> of food waste from participating business establishments located in Orange County. <br /> In consideration of the mutual promises and conditions set forth herein, the County and <br /> Contractor agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. The agreement to be amended to extend the contract period until June 30, 2003. <br />
