All proposals, reports, proposed budgets, maintenance requests, etc. shall be <br /> submitted to the Health Director or his/her designee. <br /> N. Any changes in any procedures of the type contained in the five sections of the <br /> procedures manual should be submitted to the Health Director or his/her designee <br /> for agreement and compliance with contract and budget considerations. <br /> O.
