Ten (10)bids <br />were received and are currently being reviewed by the project engineer, Hobbs, Upchurch & <br />Associates (HUA), who will be forwarding a recommendation as to the lowest, responsive, <br />responsible bidder to County staff as soon as possible. <br />Upon receiving the recommendation from HUA, staff will review the lowest responsive, <br />responsible bid and preparea contract to recommend forBOCC approval at theregular meeting <br />on November 8, 2012. <br />
