She said that people probably only use 15% of the <br /> 28 capacity of what the technology can do. <br /> 29 Commissioner Jacobs asked about the connection point between the Board of County <br /> 30 Commissioners' goals and the governance committee (pages 19-20) and how to get from the <br /> 31 goals to the governance. <br /> 32 Shannon Tufts made reference to Appendix B, Project Prioritization and Management, <br /> 33 and said that every project should align with the goals. The issue is to justify the projects <br /> 34 through the goals with a rubric. <br /> 35 Commissioner Jacobs said that he went to two County department websites and there is <br /> 36 no email address for the public to actually send an email to the department. He said that this <br /> 37 seems like a basic thing to do. <br /> 38 Chief Information Officer Todd Jones said that they have confederated authoring and <br /> 39 each individual department has a webmaster. IT has provided a lot of inechanisms for being <br /> 40 able to do this. Some departments have not done this even though it is an easy thing to do. <br /> 41 <br />
