"Buddy" Hartley, Lisa Stuckey, Dawn Brezina <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Chair Pelissier called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. She asked for a motion to add a <br /> 28 closed session at the end of the meeting. <br /> 29 A motion was made by Commissioner Yuhasz, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> 30 to add closed sessions after the public hearing: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 1. Per N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(3): To Consult with the Attorney to protect the <br /> 33 attorney-client privilege. <br /> 34 2. Per [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(5)] To establish or instruct the staff or agent <br /> 35 concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the <br /> 36 acquisition of real property <br /> 37 3. Per [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(4)]: To discuss matters relating to the location or <br /> 38 expansion of business in the area served by this body. <br /> 39 4. Per [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(6)] : To consider the qualifications, competence, <br /> 40 performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or <br /> 41 prospective public officer or employee. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 <br /> 44 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 45 <br /> 46 OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR <br /> 47 <br /> 48 A.
