As a result of that presentation, the Board directed County staff and the <br />County’s consultant, Clarion Associates, to fully develop concept plan “B” into a formal master <br />plan and related development guidelines. <br />Attachment 1represents this formal master plan document. Staff and the consultant are <br />presentingthis document for formal approval and subsequent submission to the Town of Chapel <br />Hill for the required SUP modifications. <br />Attachment 2represents the presentation materials that will be used to inform the Board and <br />frame the discussion. <br />Since the August 21, 2012 Board meeting, Clarion Associates has solidified Chapel Hill’s <br />requirements for this SUP modification process should the Board authorize the Manager to <br />continue the processwith a formal master plan approval decision. The SUP process requested <br />by Chapel Hill has become lengthier, primarily because of the potential number of review and <br />process meetings that may be required of thisSUP application.
