8 <br /> SCHEDULE B <br /> Enforcement of the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Requirements of the Orange <br /> County Unified Development Ordinance, as adopted on April 5, 2011 and Amended <br /> Thereafter. <br /> Erosion Control Scope of Services <br /> Orange County will implement and enforce construction site stormwater runoff control for the <br /> Town of Hillsborough's through its erosion control program. Orange County has local delegated <br /> authority from the state to implement an erosion control program. This scope of services is part <br /> of a legal agreement allowing Orange County to enforce the erosion and sedimentation control <br /> provisions and requirements of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance within the <br /> Town's jurisdiction. <br /> The services provided by Orange County include: <br /> Plan Review <br /> Review and approve erosion control plans for proposed new development projects within the <br /> Town's jurisdiction to ensure compliance with the erosion and sedimentation provisions and <br /> requirements of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. <br /> Inspections <br /> Inspect permitted construction sites within the Town's jurisdiction to ensure compliance with <br /> approved erosion control plans. As needed, request corrective actions, issue notice of violations <br /> and stop work orders as outlined in the erosion and sedimentation provisions and requirements of <br /> the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. <br /> These services funded through plan review and land-disturbance fees collected directly from <br /> developers. Current fee schedule is provided below. <br />
