Educational Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance Amendments to clarify those instances <br /> where an educational facilities impact fee is not required to be paid. <br /> The legal advertisement in Attachment 1 provides additional information regarding these items. <br /> The BOCC approved the Amendment Outline Forms for each item as follows: <br /> • Item 1 at its June 19, 2012 meeting <br /> • Item 2 at its September 18, 2012 meeting <br /> • Item 3 at its October 2, 2012 meeting <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Other than advertising costs, which are included in the FY 2012-13 <br /> Budget, there are no direct financial impacts associated with the approval of this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the proposed <br /> November 19, 2012 Quarterly Public Hearing legal advertisement. <br />
