He served on this committee and he said that they were very patient with their answers to questions. A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to concur with the TDR task force recommendation that the process of designing a TDR program should go forward; consider budgeting monies to fund Phase 3 (Program Design and Ordinance Development); and authorize staff to solicit bids for professional planning services to complete Phase I II of the TDR study. Approval of Fiscal Year 2006-07 The Board considered approval of the Fiscal Year 2006-07 Budget Ordinance, Capital Project Ordinances, and Grant Project Ordinances. John Link said there will be six motions. The first one is to adopt the 2006-07 Orange County Budget Ordinance. This document is in section one, Budget Adoption. Chair Jacobs made reference to the handout entitled, "Schools' Share of County's General Fund Budget". Under this proposal, 49.9% of the general fund budget would go to the 5C 110015.
