Arty lots in the Rangewood subdivision that were, beaefitted by theAuthority's previous water and sewerextension project, and which appear on OWASA's Final Assessment Roll for that project, may be connected to the Authority's water andlor sewer lines as long as all assessments, fees, and charges have beent paid or am up to date. , S'ucb connections may be made without meeting the conditions of 1, 2, or 3 above, and such permission may be granted by Authority staff without conducting a public hearing. 5.
