He made reference to the statement that this <br /> plan is running better. He asked for whom it is running better. <br /> Mark Browder said that the plan is financially better mainly because the employees are <br /> bearing more of the cost sharing. <br /> Commissioner Hemminger made reference to the projections for deductibles and if <br /> these were going to change and Mark Browder said no. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs made reference to the chart with 100 counties and said that four <br /> counties had lower deductibles. He would like to see these plans. <br /> Three of these four are self-insured. <br />
