Jay Bryan asked if the public still has the right to petition against the rezoning and Geof <br />Gledhill said that this process does not apply to counties but only to cities. <br />John Link made reference to page 20A-11 and the Statement of Intent and said that this <br />would be very hard to explain to a farmer. He said that this is not a very effective tool. The <br />goal is to help farmers. He suggested that this be rewritten. <br />3.
