4 <br /> 4. Grantee will not discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, <br /> gender, or national origin, disability, sexual orientation or gender expression/identity in any of its <br /> activities or operations whether or not financed in whole or in part by funds received by the Town. This <br /> non-discrimination provision prohibits Grantee from discriminating on any of the above listed bases <br /> with respect to employment, rendering of services, or provision of benefits. <br /> 5.
