2 <br />Staffhas completed a very successful cleanup and believes participating property owners were <br />pleased with the services received. Property owners and residents were very cooperative and <br />appreciative. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Funds for the cleanup program were authorized in the Fiscal Year <br />2012/13 budget. The Rogers Road Remediation Fund, established by the $5 per ton tipping fee <br />surcharge,was the source of funding for this program.The cleanup contract was authorized at <br />a costnot-to-exceed $89,000. Actual contract expense was $22,598.89.The value of waived <br />tipping fees was $3,190.10. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> The Manager recommends thatthe Board receive the neighborhood <br />cleanup final reportand offer any further guidance or questions as necessary. <br />
