Registrar of Deeds office if this <br /> request is approved denoting <br /> allowable levels of impervious <br /> surface area for the project. <br /> A BOCC member indicated concern <br /> over placing so much impervious <br /> surface area on the 4 acre portion <br /> of the property west of Mile Branch. <br /> LAND USE There was consensus that the <br /> proposed use was acceptable. <br /> BOCC members asked for Notes were added to the site plan. <br /> clarification from the application on Retail operations would be limited to <br /> the extent of retail operations.
