From <br /> SURFACE AREA additional comments from the staff's perspective there will be a <br /> applicant on the intended means of permit/declaration of restrictions <br /> restricting impervious surface area recorded in the Orange County <br /> on the property. Registrar of Deeds office if this <br /> request is approved denoting <br /> allowable levels of impervious <br /> surface area for the project. <br /> A BOCC member indicated concern <br /> over placing so much impervious <br /> surface area on the 4 acre portion <br /> of the property west of Mile Branch. <br /> LAND USE There was consensus that the <br /> proposed use was acceptable. <br /> BOCC members asked for Notes were added to the site plan. <br /> clarification from the application on Retail operations would be limited to <br /> the extent of retail operations. The packaging materials (i.e. boxes, <br /> Board want to be sure all retail tape, etc.) necessary to support the <br /> would be connected to the self- self-storage operation. There would <br /> storage operation. not be additional sale of items (i.e. <br /> drinks, food, snacks, etc.) not <br /> necessary to support the proposed <br /> land use. <br />
