7 <br /> Public Hearing Procedural Information: In accordance with Section 2.7.8 (A) (3) of the UDO, the <br /> BOCC has requested that the Planning Board recommendation be made available in time for <br /> the September 18, 2012 BOCC regular meeting. As a procedural note, additional comments on <br /> the application should be submitted in writing to the Planning Board in order to become part of <br /> the official record of these proceedings. <br /> Planning Director's Recommendation: In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.4 of the <br /> UDO, the Planning Director recommends approval of the SUP application, subject to the <br /> following: <br /> • The recommended findings of fact associated with the approval of the Class A Special <br /> Use Permit as detailed within Attachment 3, <br /> • The imposition of the recommended conditions (Attachment 3), and <br /> • Based on the BOCC's ability to make an affirmative finding on the general and specific <br /> standards outlined within Section 5.3.2 (A) and (B) of the UDO. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: This request has been reviewed by various County departments who <br /> have determined that the approval or denial of the request would not create the need for <br /> additional funding for the provision of County services. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Director recommends that the Board: <br /> 1. Deliberate on the petition, <br /> 2. Consider the Planning Director's recommendation(s) with respect to the necessary <br /> findings of fact relating to the approval of the SUP application as detailed within <br /> Attachment 3. <br /> 3. Make a recommendation to the BOCC to approve the SUP request in time for the <br /> September 18, 2012 BOCC regular meeting. <br />
