Resolution of Inconsistency with the 2030 <br /> Comprehensive Plan <br /> PURPOSE: To receive the Planning Board recommendation, close the public hearing, and <br /> make a decision on a request submitted by Mr. Spence Dickinson to rezone a 4.003 acre parcel <br /> of property to Rural Buffer and modify an existing Class A Special Use Permit (hereafter `SUP') <br /> for the Heartwood at Blackwood Mountain Planned Development by removing the subject <br /> property from its provisions. <br /> BACKGROUND: This item was presented at the May 29, 2012 Quarterly Public Hearing. A <br /> summary of comments received during the hearing are contained within Attachment 1, the <br /> abstract from the July 11, 2012 Planning Board regular meeting. Staff will be introducing this <br /> document, and all attachments, into the record at the re-convened public hearing for the BOCC <br /> to consider as part of its deliberations. <br /> Planning Board Recommendation: At its July 11, 2012 regular meeting, the Planning Board voted <br /> unanimously to recommend approval of the project finding that: <br /> 1. The application was complete in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.7 and 2.8 <br /> of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), <br /> 2. The property is of sufficient size to be rezoned RB, <br />
