Environment and Resource Conservation Director Dave Stancil said that they have had <br />recent discussions with Triangle Land Conservancy about being the fourth party holder to the <br />easement and they seem to be amenable to holding this easement. <br />Chair Jacobs asked John Link to transmit the green sheet, Estimated Greene Tract <br />Reimbursement Amounts, to the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro and come back with this <br />item on May 4tn <br />11.
