Pricing <br /> Prices are valid until expiration date and subject to product availability. <br /> 3. Payment <br /> A 50%deposit is required at time of order,40% is due at receipt of equipment, and the 10%balance is due upon installation. If a <br /> leasing company is involved,written lease approval and 50%deposit from leasing company at time of order, balance at installation. <br /> 4. Sales&Use Tax <br /> Actual sales&use tax will be billed on final invoice if shipping to NC, GA, FL or WV. If shipping to any other out of state location, <br /> customer is responsible for paying any sales&use tax in that state. <br /> 6. Shipping and Travel Charges <br /> Shipping charges and any incurred travel expenses are not included and actual charges will be billed on final invoice or sent on a <br /> separate invoice. <br /> 6. Installation <br /> The above quotation is for hardware and or software only and does not include any installation services unless stated. <br /> 7. Returns <br /> All product returns must be pre-approved by CNP and returned within 15 days of purchase. Products to be returned must be un-opened <br /> and in the original packing. Restocking fees may apply. <br /> 8.Service Blocks <br /> Service Blocks are discounted for pre-payment and must be paid in full before the Service Block is active.A new Service Block will be <br /> invoiced when the remaining hours are depleted to less than 2 months of the customer's average usage. Service Blocks with a negative <br /> balance will be closed and the overages billed at CNP's regular rate if payment for a new block is not received in full before the next <br /> billing cycle. <br /> 9.Backup Disclaimer <br /> Customer understands that CNP is not responsible for maintaining or testing backups for data integrity or recoverability of data.
