2 <br /> Planning staff and the Planning Board recommend deleting this area also (also shown on <br /> Attachment 2A as B — N/C). <br /> Although this 65 acre site (MHP plus 1-85 right-of-way total 77 acres) is clearly buffered by <br /> • 1-85 and other EDE-2 to the north <br /> • High Power Electric transmission lines and under-developed adjacent property (EC-5) to <br /> the west <br /> • An existing mobile home park to the south and further south, a railroad corridor <br /> • Existing EDE-2 uses and Mt Herman Church Road to the east, <br /> It may be prudent to forego this rezoning at this time and reanalyze some of the EDE-2 uses <br /> or develop a new mix of zoning uses and a different Eno Economic Development District <br /> designation such as an Economic Development District-Eno (EDE-3) to implement this <br /> unique area.
