2 <br />An analysis was conducted by staff to determine the number of parcels of property affected by <br />the insurance district expansion, and 34 parcels of property with 35 addressable structures will <br />be added to the Central OrangeFire Insurance District as shown on the attached map. <br />The parcels are shaded in green on the attached map, andthe black dots indicate addressable <br />structuresnot currently in the insurance district. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The approval of this item has no financial impact on the County. This is <br />an administrative action only and no changesin fire tax rates will be reflected by Board <br />approval. Upon Boardapproval, property owners included in the expanded area will be eligible <br />for lower fire insurance premiums. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />The Manager recommends that the Board approve the attached <br />Central OrangeFireInsurance DistrictMapfor insurance purposes only. <br /> <br />
