2 <br /> An analysis was conducted by staff to determine the number of property parcels affected by the <br /> insurance district expansion. There will be 414 parcels with 460 addressable structures that will <br /> be added to the Cane Creek Fire Insurance District as shown on the attached map. The added <br /> parcels are shaded in green on the attached map and the black dots indicate addressable <br /> structures that are not currently in the insurance district. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The approval of this item has no financial impact on the County. This is <br /> an administrative action only and no changes in fire tax rates will be reflected by Board <br /> approval. Upon approval, property owners within six road miles of a fire station in the expanded <br /> area will be eligible for lower fire insurance premiums. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the attached <br /> Cane Creek Fire Insurance District Map for insurance purposes only. <br />
