We also offer Resident Project <br /> Inspection and Construction Management Services in accordance with the attached scope for the <br /> noted amounts as summarized below: <br /> Water hnprovements (Lines W-1, W-2 and W-3) $82,000.00 <br /> Sewer Segment#1 (Lines S-1 and S-2) $82,000.00 <br /> Sewer Segment#2 (Line S-3) $87,000.00 <br /> Sewer Segment#3 (Pump Station/Force Main) $52,000.00 <br /> As previously discussed we recognize that the project may move forward in its entirely, or in <br /> segments. As such, if the project should be constructed in its entirely concurrently, the above totals <br /> may be discounted to a total of $268,000.00 to account for savings associated with required <br /> manpower and total length of oversight. Likewise, there may be negotiated savings with other <br /> chosen combinations, however the actual improvements to be completed may not be known until <br /> after the bid opening. Also, note that this assumes we will provide daily inspection and oversight. <br /> Deviations from this concept will also impact costs. <br /> HUA offers to coordinate all technical services related to preparing construction documents, <br /> advertising the project, managing the bid process, issuing addenda, conducting the bid opening, <br /> reviewing all bids for completeness and accuracy, and making a recommendation of award to the <br /> County for the following amount: <br /> Bid Management Services $16,000.00 <br /> If you should have any questions regarding this information, or if you should require additional <br /> detail, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
