We had to stop installing <br /> pipe and wait for representatives from Orange <br /> County to come look at the problem. We then had <br /> to wait for the tank to be pumped out on Monday <br /> and Tuesday May 7 and May 8. On Wednesday <br /> May 9, 2012 we were able to crush the tank,so <br /> that we could start back installation on Thursday <br /> May 9,2012.
