We had to stag <br /> installing pipe and wait for representatives from Grange County to come look at the problem. We <br /> then had to wait--for the tank to be pumped out on Monday and Tuesday May 7 and May 8. On <br /> Wednesday May 9,2012 we were able to crash the tank,so that we could start back installation <br /> on Thursday May 9,2012.
