The difference in the cost of the Hillsborough rail station on page 25 (Orange <br /> Financial Plan Data) and page 31 (Appendix A, Assumptions) <br /> REVISION: on Page 25, add a note, referencing the Hillsborough Rail Station, <br /> which states that Orange County will only be responsible for a 10% match <br /> 2. The difference in the number of expenditure categories on page 25 (Orange <br /> Financial Plan Data - 9 categories), and page 32 (Appendix A, How All Dollars Are <br /> Spent - middle pie chart - 8 categories) <br /> REVISION: Change the last bullet, which references the borrowing of$25 <br /> million, into a Note. <br /> B.
