Commissioner Foushee seconded the <br />motion. <br />Commissioner Halkiotis said that he wanted to address Mr. Rosen's concern about <br />availability of what will be brought forward in May and that it be out there for more than three or <br />four days. He would like for it to be available for at least ten days. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />F.
