The files must be <br /> available for review by the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management—Homeland <br /> Security Branch Staff for site visits, project closeout and future audits. <br /> Sub-grantee or sub-recipient must include appropriate documentation in the file, including but <br /> not limited to the following documents: <br /> Conditional Grant Award <br /> Memorandum of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding and Supporting Appendices <br /> Completed appropriate cost report forms with invoices <br /> Page 14 of 14 <br />
