Geof Gledhill said that you can collect over ten years na matter when you <br />start because it matches the development of the property with the water and sewer. <br />Jahn Greene said that the (~WASA board adapted some policies that said if <br />people hooked up within a period of time, then there was a reduction in hookup fees. <br />Commissioner Halkiotis asked if someone decided to build a commercial facility <br />in the County's EDD and wanted to hook an to sewer, could the County charge an <br />assessment fee based on the square footage to be served to this facility.
