Sinai Rd.The roads will <br /> need to be at least 20 feet wide. I assume that if they are being built to DOT standards that the roads will not be an <br /> issue. I would also like to know I there are any plans for any type of water supply on the property that could be used for <br /> firefighting operations. A pond somewhere on the property that could be accessed by the fire department year round <br /> would be valuable to the entire area. I am sure the fire department would be willing to cover the expense of installing a <br /> dry hydrant at the pond if a pond were built. I don't know if there will be any open space where there could possibly be <br /> a pond built. I would at least like to have a discussion regarding water for the subdivision.
