3. Nuisances. No nuisance ar noxious or t�ffensive activity shall be carried t�n or upon <br /> Lot 21, nor sha(I anything be done ar maintained thereof whict� may disturb the <br /> neighbc�rhood or occupants of adjoining property, or detract fr�rn its value as an <br /> amactive residential community. The Owner(s) of Lot 2l sha11 maintain his or her <br /> ° i�uildings, impravements, landscaping and grounds in a safe, clean and arderiy <br /> fashian. Use as a horse fann shall not be cansidered a nuisance or noxious or . <br /> offensive activity for the purposes of the restrictive cavenants. <br /> 4. Animais. Dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept, bred or raised solely as <br /> domestic pets and not for commerciai purgoses and horses and cattle may be kept, <br /> bred,or raised far cotnmercial purposes. Habitual <br /> barking,howling, yelping ar otherwise noisy pets shall be deemed a nuisance. it is <br /> expressly acknowiedged that horses and cattle may be kept, bred andtor raised for <br /> conunercial purposes. <br /> 5. Buildin�Setbacks.
