Mail Boxes,Signs,Newspaper Boxes and Si�ns. No accessory buildings, including but nat limited ta, storage <br /> sheds and workshaps, shaIi be placed or erected ar allowed ta remain on any Lot <br /> untiI the design anci location of such accessory building has been approved in v✓riting <br /> by the Declarant or the Architeetural Review Committee should Declarant no longer <br /> own any "Declarant's Property".
