The site is 68.51 acres <br /> with the most recent land use being a horse farm with boarding stables and <br /> riding ring. There are no know historic structures onsite, with Orange County <br /> tax records showing an existing residence built in 1975 (refer to attached <br /> Orange County land records print out). The entire property is proposed for <br /> redevelopment as a residential 2-acre lot subdivision with new residential <br /> structures, subdivision roads, and individual septic and well services. <br /> There should be 3 file attachments that accompany this email. A site aerial <br /> photo, the Orange County building information, and a Draft copy of the Site <br /> Plan that will be submitted to Orange County for the Class A SUP review <br /> process. <br /> Please let me know if you do not receive the attachments. Also, I do not have <br /> any photos of the existing structures or property.
